The sorting of the output can be done on basis of the orthographic representation, the 'DISC' (IPA) representation, or the frequncy count. Orthographic and DISC representation can be 'inverted', i.e. sorting is based on the last rather than on the first letters of a word. The sorting is done on the character representation, i.e., uppercase letters come prior to lowercase letters, and a symbol like an equal sign '=' (as it is used in the DISC notation to represent the affricate [ts]) comes prior to 'a'.
